Form Audioworks
Accessibility
Form Audioworks wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and will continue to improve the site as we find or receive reports of barriers.
Scope of this statement
This statement applies to formaudioworks.com, including the public store, published articles and pages, and the customer account.
It does not cover play.formaudioworks.com, which is a separate browser-based tool, or third-party websites that we link to.
Some parts of the payment journey are provided through Stripe Checkout. We do not control Stripe’s interface directly, but we still want to hear from you if you encounter a barrier while trying to make a purchase.
Conformance status
Based on our current self-evaluation, this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Partially conformant means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard.
Known limitations
On a small number of colour-adaptive sample-pack pages, some text or controls may not meet minimum contrast requirements against the pack background. This may affect Catalyst, Azure Pulse, Pulse Code and Refract.
If this makes any product information difficult to read, contact us and we will provide the information or help in another suitable format.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Form Audioworks.
If you encounter an accessibility problem, use our Support page and tell us:
the page or feature you were trying to use;
what went wrong;
the browser, device or assistive technology you were using, where relevant; and
what would help you access the information or service.
Alternative formats
If you need information from this website in another format, contact us through the Support page and tell us which page or information you need and the format that would help.
We will review the request and help where we reasonably can.
How we assessed this website
This statement is based on a self-evaluation of representative public, customer and administrative routes against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
The assessment included source inspection, automated regression tests, browser and accessibility-tree checks, responsive testing and safe interaction testing.
A full independent accessibility certification has not been carried out, and no single test can cover every combination of browser, device and assistive technology.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 10 August 2026.
It was last reviewed on 10 August 2026.
We will update it after significant changes to the website, new accessibility testing or newly identified barriers.
